The location, plenty of stores and restaurants are within driving distance. The staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. It has non-smoking rooms only and is pet friendly. The landscaping/flowers are attractive.

Muriel in the elevator, it was a beautiful picture of New York City. It even made me smile. I just wanted to take out my camera and take a picture. I also like the sink and how it was set up. I am tall and it was very convenient to use.

Room was really nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Coffee/Tea service in the lobby. Great TV choices too and in room movies.
